Monitoring and Evaluation
Under this we follow the following indicators:
- Performance Review and monitoring mentorship
- No of cases reviewed, switched to 2nd and 3rdline
- No of DST recommended, approved and done
- Mortality audits for the cases reviewed by the TWG
- No of best sharing meetings held
- Follow up on the patient switched to 3rd line to check their progress
